Description
NY-ESO-1 is a cancer-testis antigen that is expressed in numerous cancer types with limited expression in normal tissues. This expression pattern and apparent immunogenicity of the protein has made it a promising target for immunotherapy.
The current product, cat. no. AG-05, is the native NY-ESO-1 (157-165) peptide with a valine substituted for cysteine at position 165 to improve peptide binding. This peptide, when presented by HLA-A*0201, is the cognate epitope for our NY-ESO-1-specific T cells
