NK cells are large granular lymphocytes that are a big player in innate immune response. These cytotoxic innate lymphocytes can be identified by the expression of CD56 and lack of expression of CD3. IGNYTE BIO offers in vitro activated and expanded NK cells with demonstrated capacity for NK target killing as well as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). These NK cells are a more economical choice as effector cells in large scale ADCC assays.
